Translucent Smoke Grey Plastic Sheeting: Polycarbonate / Polycarb (also known as Lexan or Makrolon) for use around the home, workshop, car, and in the VEX Robotics Competition. Tinted Lexan sheet is great for thermo forming with semi-transparent plastic! Superior in usability to glass sheets or Plexiglas.
Shatter resistant Lexan sheet, easy to cut, drill, bend, and thermoform. Use simple tools like snips or hacksaws to cut and standard drill bits without cracking or fracturing. Simple to bend with a heat gun, may also be cold-bendable. Thermoformable, often used for vacuum molding.
Smoked gray polycarbonate panes are sold under a number of brands including Lexan by SABIC, Perspex, Makrolon, Tuffak, Spartech, Palram, Gallina. Better workability than Clear Acrylic Plexiglass sold as Lucite, Plexiglas, Perspex, etc.
